Front end wheels and suspension vibrates badly when you hit a small rough spot or expansion gap at highway speeds. Ford refers to this as steering oscillation, the internet refers to this as a "death wobble"

Saturday, may 2nd, 2019. Drove over a highway bridge expansion joint that was on an angle. The steering wheel suddenly started to oscillate fairly violently back and forth and the truck began to shudder. I was going between 60 and 70 mph.
